Edit Your Contact Information¶
Keeping your contact details up to date matters — it's how we reach you about invoices, renewals, and anything important. Here's how to change your name, email, or billing address.
Where to do it¶
Your contact details live in your account area (your client area). Log in there — not the control panel.
Step 1 — Open your account details¶
- Log in to your account area.
- Look for your name (top of the page) and click it, or find the Account / Profile / My Details option in the menu.
Step 2 — Edit your contact information¶
You'll see your current details — name, email address, phone, and billing address. Click Edit or Change next to the section you want to update:
- Name and email — your primary contact details
- Billing address — used for invoices and tax
- Phone number — optional, but helps support reach you faster
Make your changes and Save.
Changing your email address¶
If you change your email, use a real address you can access — it's where we send password resets, receipts, and service notices. After saving, we may send a confirmation to the new address.
Steps if you're a contact on someone else's account¶
If an account owner added you as an additional contact, you may be able to update some details, but the account owner controls the primary contact information.
Why it matters: an outdated email or billing address can mean missing a renewal notice, which is the most common cause of an accidental service interruption.
