Webmail

Webmail lets you read and send your email in a browser — no mail app needed. It's great on a shared computer, when traveling, or when you just want to check messages quickly.

Opening webmail

  1. Go to your webmail address in a browser — it's shown as Webmail in the control panel when you create a mailbox (for example http://webmail.yourdomain.com).
  2. Log in with your full email address and password.
  3. You'll land in your inbox, ready to read and reply.

Not sure of your webmail address? It's listed under Webmail in the connection settings shown when you created your mailbox — see Create an email address.

Why use webmail

  • Work from any device with a browser
  • No setup or configuration needed
  • Useful as a backup when your mail app has issues

Webmail and your phone/computer can be used together — as long as you set up email with IMAP, messages stay synced between all of them.
